Global Gateway

Travel & Education Website

Global Gateway, screen 1

Global Gateway is a Dhaka travel house with four services under one roof: study placements in Canada and Malaysia, air tickets with custom tour packages, Umrah and Hajj bookings, and meet-and-greet assistance at Hazrat Shahjalal airport. They needed one website that could carry all four as a single brand, speak to Bangladeshi families in English and Bangla, and turn every visit into a direct conversation on WhatsApp.

Challenge

Four services usually mean four scattered pages and a diluted name, and a family planning a study term abroad ends up booking tickets and airport help somewhere else entirely. The audience is Bangladeshi parents who decide on trust, but stock imagery kept showing them people and places that read as foreign. And with no booking engine behind the firm, any enquiry that did not reach a human directly was an enquiry lost.

Objective

Build one gateway: a landing page that routes every visitor to the right service in seconds, with each service keeping its own character under one brand. Run the education wing natively in English and Bangla with an instant toggle. End every page in a real conversation, a WhatsApp chat or the visitor’s own email app, never a form that dies in a database. And make sure every face on the site looks like the families it serves.

Results

A single landing page, composed on the golden ratio, now routes visitors through four doors: education, tickets and trips, airport assistance, and contact. The education wing speaks English and Bangla with a one-tap toggle, over 300 translated strings per language, and detailed pages for 11 universities across Canada and Malaysia with study costs and entry requirements. Visitors plan trips to eight destinations with a calendar and traveller picker, and every enquiry opens straight into WhatsApp or email, with the office address, phone and a live map in the footer. Photography was recast frame by frame so every person on the site reads Bangladeshi. Built on Next.js with every page pre-rendered and edge-cached, and guarded by 539 automated tests.
