Bangladeshi Football Ultras is the supporters’ group behind the Bangladesh national teams, founded in 2019 and known for black shirts, drums and ninety minutes of noise. We built the club its official home: a public site that tells its story in English and Bangla, and a platform that runs match registration, bKash payments and the handing out of every ticket.

Challenge

The club receives its block of match tickets from the organisers as a zip of PDF files, one file per seat. Every ticket was then handed out over chat with payments tracked from memory, so nobody could say who had paid, which file went to whom, or what to do when a ticket went missing. And when a match opens, fans arrive on budget phones in the same minute, on a shared hosting plan with no developer on call.

Objective

Give the club one home in two languages: a front page that feels like standing in the block, and a back office its volunteers can run alone. Let every fan register, pay and see exactly where they stand, give every ticket its own history, and hold up in the minute registration opens.

Results

The home page tells the club’s story as you scroll, from an empty stand to a full block, with a printed scarf modelled on the club’s own thrown from chapter to chapter, real cloth physics running in the browser. Around it sit a Tifo archive by year, a broadsheet of real press headlines and a drawn plan of the National Stadium on every match page, in English and Bangla. Fans register up to three people and pay by bKash, and a transaction ID used before is flagged on sight in the committee’s queue. The organiser’s zip uploads in pieces and survives a dropped connection, a preview shows exactly who gets which file, and one click sends every ticket to the fan’s account and inbox, each with its own history. Every word and photo can be changed from the back office, and a membership system with fan cards is built and ready for the day the club opens it. It runs on the club’s existing shared hosting and installs its own updates from one uploaded zip. In a race test 200 people going for 60 places filled exactly 60, and 966 automated tests guard every release.
