ELYSIUM Landmark develops homes in Dhaka’s planned townships and sells them chiefly through Land Share: a registered share of a plot, with a flat built on top of it. We built the company its public website and the staff app behind it, one system that carries every enquiry from the first call to the last instalment.

Challenge
A land share is a hard thing to buy from a stranger. Families compare developers on a phone at night, some from as far as Dubai or London, and they want three answers before they will call: is the title real, what does it cost in total, and when do I get the keys. Behind the website a sales desk has to reach every enquiry while it is warm, hold a share for one buyer and no other, and follow years of monthly instalments without losing track of one.
Objective
Explain one offer clearly enough that a stranger hands over a phone number, using only what the company can stand behind: no invented history, no award wall. Then run the whole business from one app that works on a phone: leads, meetings, bookings, invoices, instalments and revenue, simple enough for anyone on the team to pick up, with each person seeing only what their role allows.
Results
A land share page such as Elysium Oasis answers those three questions in order: the facts at a glance, a plan of the plot showing every share and how many are left, a dated timeline to the keys, floor plans, a gallery, a map and a full price table, with Call, WhatsApp and Reserve always under the thumb on a phone. Every enquiry becomes a lead in the staff app within seconds, and the team works from one list that says who to ring first. Converting a lead takes three short steps: pick the share, which is held for 48 hours, choose the plan, and confirm. The client file, the contract, the booking invoice and every instalment are written together or not at all, and a discount over someone’s limit waits for approval. Each role is a set of tick boxes, what each person did is logged, and a change to a project rebuilds its public pages by itself. It runs as one Node service and one database on a standard hosting plan, with more than 1,800 automated checks behind every release.
